How the DTF Gang Sheet Calculator Works
Enter your design sizes and quantities, and the calculator estimates how much gang sheet length you need and what it will cost. Pricing starts at $5 for a 1 ft sheet (22.3″ wide) and the price per foot drops as sheets get longer — a 10 ft sheet runs $29 (about $2.90/ft) and a full 38 ft roll is $98 (about $2.58/ft). The tighter you nest your designs, the lower your cost per print; see how to price DTF transfers & gang sheets for real margin math.
When you're ready, build the sheet in our free online gang sheet builder — upload your PNGs, drag and drop to arrange, and order in minutes. Orders ship within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and arrive in 1–3 business days across the US.
Gang Sheet Calculator FAQ
How many designs fit on one gang sheet?
It depends on design size and nesting. As a rule of thumb, a 22.3″ × 60″ (5 ft) sheet fits roughly 25–30 adult front prints at 10″ wide, or 100+ left-chest logos at 3.5″. New to the format? Start with what a gang sheet is.
What size should each design be?
Left-chest logos press best at 3.5–4″, full fronts at 10–12″, and sleeves at 2–4″ wide. Our size & placement guide covers every garment and location.
Is it cheaper to order one big sheet or several small ones?
One longer sheet is almost always cheaper per print: 2 ft costs $9, but 3 ft is $15 while 5 ft is only $16 — going bigger often adds inches for pennies. The calculator shows the break-even instantly.
How durable are the transfers?
Pressed correctly (285–320°F, 8–15 seconds depending on fabric (cotton 310–320°F, 12–15s), medium-firm pressure), Bear DTF transfers withstand 75+ washes without cracking or fading. See wash & care tips.
