Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via UPS Express. Once an order has been shipped, tracking information is provided to the customer and shipment progress can be monitored directly through the carrier.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, remote-area routing, operational disruptions, government inspections, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
BearTransfers is not responsible for refunds, chargebacks, or compensation claims based solely on shipping delays once the order has been accepted by the carrier.
Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch weekday orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Custom, large-volume, or file-sensitive orders may require additional production or review time.
Transfer of Responsibility
Responsibility for shipment timing, transit handling, delivery performance, delivery attempts, access issues, customs handling, and carrier scan events transfers to the shipping carrier once the order has been handed over and accepted for transport.
BearTransfers reserves the right to use carrier acceptance scans, tracking events, proof of delivery, GPS-linked delivery records, signature confirmation, delivery photos, and carrier investigation results as evidence in response to payment disputes, claims, or chargebacks.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. BearTransfers is not liable for delays, losses, delivery failures, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses submitted by the customer.
If a shipment is returned, delayed, destroyed, held, or misrouted due to an address issue provided by the customer, any reshipment, rerouting, storage, return, or correction fees shall be the customer’s responsibility.
Delivered Packages
A package marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout shall be considered properly fulfilled and completed.
BearTransfers is not responsible for packages reported as lost, stolen, missing, inaccessible, or not received after carrier-confirmed delivery, including but not limited to porch theft, mailroom loss, reception desk issues, apartment access issues, shared address handling, or internal business receiving errors.
Carrier Delays, Customs & External Events
BearTransfers is not liable for shipping interruptions, failed delivery attempts, customs delays, import processing issues, government actions, force majeure events, labor disruptions, extreme weather, remote service limitations, or other external conditions outside our reasonable control.
Such events do not constitute grounds for chargebacks or payment reversals for properly produced and shipped orders.
Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders refused by the recipient, left unclaimed, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier are not eligible for automatic refund. Any refund, if approved, may exclude original shipping charges, return charges, carrier fees, customs charges, and handling costs.
In such cases, BearTransfers may, at its sole discretion, offer reshipment at the customer’s expense.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping Policy, including the use of carrier tracking records and delivery confirmation as evidence of fulfillment.
Customers agree to contact BearTransfers first to seek resolution before initiating a chargeback relating to shipping status, delivery timing, carrier delay, customs processing, address issues, or post-delivery package claims.
Where an order has been properly produced, shipped, and confirmed in transit or delivered by the carrier, BearTransfers reserves the right to dispute and contest any chargeback or payment reversal using order records, tracking data, delivery confirmation, customer communications, policy acceptance records, and any other supporting documentation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BearTransfers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of shipping delays, delivery problems, customs issues, or carrier-related events.
Any liability relating to a shipping claim shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the original order placed directly with BearTransfers.
