Youth-size blank tees for school spirit wear, team orders, camps and kids' lines. The lineup covers Gildan Heavy Cotton and Softstyle, Bella+Canvas jersey, Hanes, Next Level, Tultex and Comfort Colors in youth sizes from XS to XL depending on the style, many in the same colors as the adult versions so family and team sets match. Youth tees take DTF transfers cleanly on cotton, cotton/poly and triblend fabric. Placement tip: size youth front graphics around 7–9 inches wide and keep a two-finger gap below the collar — a full adult-size print looks oversized on a kids' chest.

Youth T-Shirts FAQ
Do you carry youth, toddler and infant blanks?
Yes. This collection includes youth tees, hoodies and long sleeves as well as toddler and infant styles from brands like Gildan, Bella+Canvas and Rabbit Skins. Availability varies by brand — check each product page for sizes and colors.
Is there a minimum order for youth blanks?
No. Order one piece or a full class set; there is no minimum quantity.
Can I mix adult and youth sizes in one order?
Yes. Adult, youth, toddler and infant sizes can all go in the same order, together with your transfers.
How do youth blanks ship?
Blanks ship separately from our apparel warehouse via UPS — $29.90 flat per blank order (by quantity), free when the blanks total is over $275. Transfers ship from our print shop in their own package.
Are these garments safe for DTF transfers?
Yes. DTF transfers bond to the garment surface and, once pressed and cured, are soft and wash-durable. Scale designs down for smaller chest areas and follow the fabric’s pressing settings.
