Blank youth hoodies for teams, schools, clubs and cold-weather merch drops. You'll find Gildan Heavy Blend and Softstyle, Independent Trading Co. midweight and lightweight fleece, Bella+Canvas sponge fleece, Champion Powerblend, JERZEES NuBlend, Hanes EcoSmart and Comfort Colors garment-dyed styles, in pullover and full-zip versions. Fleece holds DTF transfers well — the smooth face of a hoodie gives a flat, even press. Placement tip: on youth hoodies keep the front graphic above the kangaroo pocket and 7–9 inches wide, press on a flat platen, and keep seams, drawcords and the pocket edge out of the press area.

Youth Hoodies FAQ
Do you carry youth, toddler and infant blanks?
Yes. This collection includes youth tees, hoodies and long sleeves as well as toddler and infant styles from brands like Gildan, Bella+Canvas and Rabbit Skins. Availability varies by brand — check each product page for sizes and colors.
Is there a minimum order for youth blanks?
No. Order one piece or a full class set; there is no minimum quantity.
Can I mix adult and youth sizes in one order?
Yes. Adult, youth, toddler and infant sizes can all go in the same order, together with your transfers.
How do youth blanks ship?
Blanks ship separately from our apparel warehouse via UPS — $29.90 flat per blank order (by quantity), free when the blanks total is over $275. Transfers ship from our print shop in their own package.
Are these garments safe for DTF transfers?
Yes. DTF transfers bond to the garment surface and, once pressed and cured, are soft and wash-durable. Scale designs down for smaller chest areas and follow the fabric’s pressing settings.
