How are sales tracked?
Two ways: your personal discount code, and your tracking link (a 30-day cookie). Last click wins. If a customer uses your link and your code on the same order, it pays one commission — never two.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, in the first week of the month, via PayPal, once your confirmed balance reaches $75. Commissions are confirmed after the order ships and isn’t refunded.
Who can join?
Creators with an engaged audience in crafting, printing, small business, fashion or related niches. Payouts require US residency and a completed W-9; creators outside the US can apply and are reviewed case by case.
What’s not allowed?
Posting your code on coupon or deal sites, paid search (PPC) on Bear Transfers brand terms, spam, and using or sharing codes that weren’t assigned to you.
Do returns count?
No. Refunded or charged-back orders are reversed, and the commission is removed from your balance.
The agreement, in plain English
- Approval & removal. Bear Transfers reviews every application and may approve, decline, or later remove any creator at its discretion, including for breach of these terms.
- Links & coupons. Sales are credited on a last-click basis. A link and a coupon on the same order earn a single commission. You may only promote the code(s) assigned to you; unassigned or altered codes earn nothing.
- Acceptable use. No coupon/deal sites, no paid search or shopping ads on Bear Transfers brand terms or misspellings, no spam (email, DMs, comments), no misleading claims, and no self-purchases for commission. Content must comply with FTC disclosure rules (#ad / #BearCreator).
- Commissions. Calculated on the order value of DTF transfer products only, excluding tax, shipping, gift cards and blank apparel, at your tier’s rate. Blank apparel is sold close to cost and does not earn commission. Your discount code applies to transfer products and cannot be combined with other offers. Refunded or charged-back orders are reversed.
- Marketing materials. You may use Bear Transfers logos, product photos and copy we provide, unedited except for size. Don’t register domains, social handles or ads that impersonate Bear Transfers.
- Cookie window. Your tracking link sets a 30-day cookie. Orders placed after it expires, or after another creator’s last click, are not credited to you.
- Leaving the program. Email info@beartransfers.com at any time to leave; confirmed commissions above the threshold are paid in the next cycle. We may end the program or change these terms with notice by email.
- Eligibility & payout. Payouts require US residency, a completed W-9, and a PayPal account whose name matches your application. Minimum payout $75; paid monthly in the first week of the month for the previous month’s confirmed commissions. Free gang sheet codes are single-use and valid 90 days.
