Thick, structured blank tees for streetwear, premium merch and customers who want a substantial feel: Shaka Wear Max Heavyweight, American Apparel heavyweight and super heavyweight cotton, Bella+Canvas 6 oz and 7.5 oz heavyweight tees, Comfort Colors garment-dyed heavyweight, Gildan Heavy Cotton, Bayside and Tultex heavyweight jersey. Heavy cotton is a great base for DTF transfers — the dense knit gives a smooth surface and bold colors pop. Placement tip: heavyweight tees run boxier, so an 11–12 inch wide front graphic looks right; pre-press for a few seconds to flatten the fabric and remove moisture before applying.

Design in the DTF gang sheet builder or order transfers by size — the same artwork works on any blank here.

GOOD TO KNOW

Heavyweight T-Shirts FAQ

Which blank t-shirts work best with DTF transfers?

Any of the tees in this collection press cleanly with DTF — 100% cotton, ring-spun, cotton-poly blends and tri-blends all hold a transfer. Heavier, tighter-knit fabrics give the flattest print surface; softstyle and tri-blend tees give a softer hand. Fabric details are listed on each product page.

Is there a minimum order for blank tees?

No. Order a single tee or a thousand — the price per piece is the same and there is no minimum quantity.

Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?

Yes. Combine any styles, colors and sizes in a single order. Each product page has a size × quantity grid so you can fill a full run in one add-to-cart.

How do blanks ship when I order them with transfers?

Blanks ship separately from our apparel warehouse via UPS — a flat $29.90 per blank order up to 36 pieces ($44.90 for 37+), and free when your blanks total is over $275. Your transfers ship from our print shop in their own package, so the two arrive separately.

What heat-press settings do these tees need?

Most cotton and cotton-blend tees press at the settings on our Pressing Guidelines page; performance polyester tees usually need a lower temperature. Check the fabric listed on the product page and test one piece before a full run.
