Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the custom-made nature of our DTF and UV DTF products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as design selection, ordering errors, file issues, color expectations, application mistakes, or change of mind.
Refunds or replacements are only available if the item is proven to be defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect as a result of our error.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, BearTransfers may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The claim must be submitted by the original purchaser within 7 days of delivery.
- You must provide your order number along with clear photos or video evidence showing the issue.
- The issue must be verifiably caused by a production error, fulfillment error, or confirmed shipping damage.
Claims submitted after 7 days, or claims made by third parties such as end customers, resellers, or marketplace buyers, may be denied.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for issues arising from:
- Incorrect files, low-resolution artwork, transparent/background issues, or customer-uploaded design mistakes;
- Minor color variations caused by screen settings, artwork format, or print process differences;
- Improper application, incorrect heat press settings, unsuitable garments or materials, or failure to follow care or pressing instructions;
- Ordering the wrong size, quantity, gang sheet length, or product type;
- Normal wear, misuse, storage issues, or handling after delivery.
Limitation of Liability
BearTransfers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to business interruption, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or damages arising from the use, misuse, resale, delayed delivery, or inability to use our products.
Our total liability for any approved claim is strictly limited to the value of the original order placed directly with BearTransfers.
We do not accept responsibility for any claims, losses, costs, or damages involving third parties, end users, resellers, marketplace customers, or downstream business activity.
All products are custom-made, and final results depend on your equipment, materials, pressure, temperature, application method, and garment compatibility. It is your responsibility to test and apply products correctly in accordance with our recommended guidelines. We do not guarantee results outside those guidelines.
