USA-Made Blanks — DTF-Ready
Blanks whose manufacturer labels them as made in the USA — almost entirely Bayside: unisex, women's and tall tees, pocket and high-visibility tees, long sleeves, heavyweight and ring-spun styles and fleece, plus American Apparel and Bella+Canvas USA-made tees. Shops that sell to unions, government buyers and American-made brands use this group to source blanks with that label. Fabrics are standard cotton and blends and take DTF transfers normally. Placement tip: nothing changes at the press — standard 10–12 inch front placement; check each product page for the exact country-of-origin wording before making claims to your own customers.

USA-Made Blanks FAQ
Is there a minimum order for blank apparel?
No. There is no minimum order quantity — you can order a single item or place bulk orders with the same ease.
Can I mix different styles, colors and sizes in one order?
Yes. You can mix and match styles, colors and sizes within a single order without any restrictions.
Will blanks ship together with my transfers?
No. Blanks ship separately from our apparel warehouse via UPS — $29.90 flat per blank order (by quantity), free when the blanks total is over $275. Your transfers ship from our print shop, so the two arrive in separate packages.
Which fabrics work with DTF transfers?
100% cotton, ring-spun cotton, cotton-poly blends, tri-blends and most performance fabrics all take DTF transfers. Exact fabric details and pressing notes are listed on each product page.
Can UV DTF be applied to apparel?
No. UV DTF is designed for hard surfaces — tumblers, glass, plastics, wood — and should not be used on fabrics or garments.
