Trucker Hats — DTF-Ready Blanks
Mesh-back trucker caps from Big Accessories — foam-front, twill-front, washed, patch, ripstop, safety-color and youth trucker styles with snapback closures. Truckers are the classic cap for breweries, farm and ranch brands, fishing and outdoor merch. DTF transfers go on the solid front panels, never the mesh; use a hat press or curved platen. Placement tip: center a 2–2.5 inch tall graphic on the front panels, keep it inside the seams, and press at moderate pressure so the front keeps its shape — a bold logo reads better than fine detail on a cap.

Trucker Hats FAQ
Can I apply DTF transfers to caps and hats?
Yes — DTF works on cap fronts when you use a hat press or a curved platen; a flat press can’t reach the curved crown evenly. Keep designs within the front panel area and follow the fabric’s pressing settings.
Is there a minimum order for blank hats?
No. Order one cap or a full run; there is no minimum quantity.
Can I mix styles and colors in one order?
Yes. Combine any styles and colors in a single order, together with your transfers if you like.
How do blank hats ship?
Blanks ship separately from our apparel warehouse via UPS — $29.90 flat per blank order (by quantity), free when the blanks total is over $275. Transfers ship from our print shop in their own package.
Which hats are easiest to decorate?
Structured caps with a firm front panel (twill dad hats, snapbacks, trucker fronts) are the easiest to press; beanies need a lower-temperature, lighter-pressure approach. Construction details are on each product page.
