Knit beanies from Big Accessories — cuffed, slouch, fleece, watch cap, ribbed marled, pom, patch and reflective styles. Beanies sell through fall and winter for teams, outdoor brands, fundraisers and staff gifts. The knit texture is the main consideration for DTF transfers: smooth, tighter knits take a small direct print on the cuff, while chunky ribs are better served by a pressed patch. Placement tip: keep cuff prints small — roughly 1.5–2 inches tall by 2.5–3 inches wide — press on a small platen or hat press, and avoid stretching the knit while it's hot.

Beanies FAQ

Can I apply DTF transfers to caps and hats?

Yes — DTF works on cap fronts when you use a hat press or a curved platen; a flat press can’t reach the curved crown evenly. Keep designs within the front panel area and follow the fabric’s pressing settings.

Is there a minimum order for blank hats?

No. Order one cap or a full run; there is no minimum quantity.

Can I mix styles and colors in one order?

Yes. Combine any styles and colors in a single order, together with your transfers if you like.

How do blank hats ship?

Blanks ship separately from our apparel warehouse via UPS — $29.90 flat per blank order (by quantity), free when the blanks total is over $275. Transfers ship from our print shop in their own package.

Which hats are easiest to decorate?

Structured caps with a firm front panel (twill dad hats, snapbacks, trucker fronts) are the easiest to press; beanies need a lower-temperature, lighter-pressure approach. Construction details are on each product page.
