PRESS YOUR TRANSFERS

Temperature, Time & Pressure

Each and every heat press is different so it's important that you test the temperature, time and pressure to find which settings work best for your equipment!

GENERAL APPLICATONS SETTINGS:

  • Temp: 290–320°F
  • Time: 8–15 seconds
  • Pressure: Medium (35–45 PSI / 3–4 bar)
  • Peel: Hot peel - remove film immediately while warm

PRODUCT-BASE GUIDELINES:

  • T-Shirts & Hoodies: 310 °F / 12 sec
  • Caps: 290 °F / 12 sec
  • Tote Bags: 310 °F / 10 sec, firm pressure
  • Jackets (Poly/Nylon): 290 °F / 8 sec, protective sheet
  • Sports Jerseys: 285–300 °F / 8–10 sec, plus 2–3 sec finish press

STEP 2 – PRESS YOUR TRANSFERS (QUICK START GUIDE)

Pressing Instructions

After your heat press gets warmed up to the desired temperature we're going to want to follow these instructions!

1Pre press your garment for 2-3 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles

2Position your transfer to the desired location on your garment (Full color image should be visible and facing up)

3Press using 1st timer seconds

4Hot peel – remove film immediately while warm

5Place a cover sheet on top of applied artwork and press again for 10 seconds
